Think of your positioning as a story:
1. A Character - Who is the main character (i.e. your customer persona) and what do they want?
2. Has a Problem - What is their problem (villain, external, internal, phycological)?
3. And Meets a Guide/Hero - This is you! Can you show empathy to the challenges and authority to deal with the problem?
4. Who Gives them a Plan - What is your solution as a process? Can you get an agreement?
5. And Calls them to Action - Is your CTA direct and transactional?
6. That Ends in Success - What does this mean to them?
7. And Prevents Failure - What do you help them avoid happening?
Follow this process for your online business and you will see a big change in the way your audience engages with you.
